“’Member no tellin’ Melody!” Heero said as they snuck up the stairs.

“N’ nobody else!” Duo added, entering the nursery.

“’Specially not Relena!” Wufei said has they stored their burden under the bed.

“C’mon we gotta go ta sleep!” Duo said as he got into bed.

Part 2: Breakfast

With grins on their faces, Heero, Duo, & Wufei sat down at the table.

“Mornin’ everybody,” Duo said, smiling at all the curious chibis.

“Whad’ya do?” Trowa asked.

“Nothin’!” Wufei proclaimed before getting nudged by the other two chibis.

“Sure,” Trowa said doubtfully getting up from the table.

“Where’s Quatre?” Wufei asked.

“He went to the park with Kathryn,” Relena replied.

“I think Quatre likes Kathryn,” Duo said, his frown accurately reflecting his disapproval. “Good morning, everyone.” Melody entered the kitchen door cheerily.

“Mornin’, Melody,” Duo said, smiling his most charming smile so that she wouldn’t be suspicious of anything .

“If your wonderin’ where Quatre is, he went to the park with Kathryn,” Trowa said.

“I know. I let him,” Melody said, sitting down.

“I don’ think Quatre is gonna be a single chibi no more,” Duo giggled to his other two amigos.

“Melody! I’m back!” Quatre exclaimed, happily coming inside.

“Welcome back, Little Quatre!” Melody said, smiling.

Part 2: The Afternoon Filled with Trouble

“Melody! Duo, Heero, & Wufei are gonna do somethin’ bad!” Relena cried as she ran into the kitchen, the back door closing with a bang.

“What now?” Melody asked, almost afraid of the answer as she looked up from her book.

“Come n’ see!” Relena replied, racing back outside.

“Alright, I’m coming,” Melody said, Melody said with a sigh as she rose from her chair and followed the speedy girl out the door to the back yard.

The moment she got to the door all she could do was stare; Heero, Duo & Wufei had gotten the whole neighborhood together & had about 100 fireworks rigged around the yard.

“BOYS!” Melody exclaimed, but it was too late; the three launched the fireworks to their neighbors’ amusement.

“What’s going on here?” John asked, just coming back from work & spotting the large crowd in his back yard but his answer was the large amount of fireworks.

“John, hold me,” Melody replied hoarsely as she collapsed into his arms.

“That’s a first,” John said, lifting Melody up & carrying her to the sofa then laying her down.

“That was interestin’,” Wufei grinned & the three boys bowed to the astonishment of the large audience.

“I liked the show,” Kathryn said to Quatre, with her hands folded over her chest while watching all of the shimmers.

“Me too,” Relena said with a smile.

Hilde nodded in agreement; then they all went back inside for some nice yummy cookies that Kathryn had brought.

“I love cookies, don’t you?” Quatre asked Trowa.

“Yep,” Trowa replied as he popped a whole cookie into his mouth.
