You will need:

fresh spinach
any flavor of salad dressing--we prefer ranch flavor
tortillas, any size
finely shredded cheese (we use Mexican blend)
vegetarian bacon bits, such as Bacos

To Make: Spread thin layer of dressing on about 3/4 of the tortilla. Spread spinach leaves in a single layer over the dressing. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits in desired amounts. Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!

Be Creative!: Add any other salad fixings you like, such as alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, olives, onions, etc.
