John’s Better-Than-the-Deli-Makes Egg Salad Sandwiches
6 cold hard-boiled eggs, chopped
To Make:
Combine all ingredients, spread on the bread or rolls and enjoy! John gets accused of getting his egg salad sandwiches at a deli because people can't believe that anyone could make a sandwich so delicious.
Makes 5-6 sandwiches
You will need:
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish (not horseradish sauce)
Miracle Whip or Mayonaise (we recommend using Miracle Whip)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 clove of garlic, finely chopped (or garlic powder to taste)
1 small stalk of celery, finely chopped
Bread or rolls
