Richan's Yummy Yogurt Parfait
You will need:
small bowl
6 oz/ 170g of vanilla or your favorite fruit on the bottom yogurt
a handful of your favorite dried fruit (approx. 25 grams)
4-10 pieces of your favorite shredded mini wheat cereal pieces
To Make:
1. Dump the dried fruit into a small bowl. A little more than the recommended amount is okay.
2. Add the yogurt (dump from the container or scoop with a spoon) on top of the fruit (it is recommended that you mix the yogurt if you choose fruit on the bottom).
3. Crumble your chosen amount of shreaded wheat on top of the yogurt.
4. Mix (optional).
5. Enjoy
Serving Size: Let's be realistic...there's most likely only enough for you.
